Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your acupuncture appointment. In order to accommodate all our clients effectively, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. Our cancellation fee policy is as follows: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice: No fee will be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee of [insert fee amount] may apply.
