Medicine Rooted in Science, Guided by Wisdom

My Mission

My mission is to support people in restoring balance, resilience, and vitality by integrating Eastern medicine with Western clinical understanding. I believe healing happens when we address the whole person—body, nervous system, and mind—while empowering individuals to actively participate in their own wellbeing.
Health is not passive. It is a relationship we build with our bodies over time.

I am trained in both Western and Eastern medical models and hold deep respect for each. In my clinical practice, I integrate evidence-informed acupuncture and Chinese medicine with a modern understanding of anatomy, neurology, pain science, and mental health.
Rather than treating symptoms, I focus on identifying patterns—physical, emotional, and neurological—that contribute to pain, stress, injury, and chronic conditions.
My work supports the body’s innate capacity to heal while helping patients reconnect with stability, clarity, and strength.

My Approach
My story
I grew up in Belarus, where some of my earliest memories are of running barefoot through my grandmother’s village, learning about herbs, gardening, and living in rhythm with nature. Life was simple, but deeply instructive. Those early experiences planted the seed for my understanding that health is not something we manufacture—it is something we cultivate when we listen and align.
Before entering medicine, I spent seven years in the corporate world. While successful, I felt disconnected from purpose and I knew I was being called toward a different path.
My exposure to Ayurveda during travels in India opened the door to holistic medicine and reaffirmed my calling. This led me to pursue formal training in Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, where I developed strong diagnostic and clinical skills in treating pain, internal medicine conditions, and stress-related disorders.
During my medical education, I recognized that something essential was still missing: the spirit. To deepen my understanding, I traveled extensively, learning from traditional healers and teachers around the world. I studied with indigenous healers in South America, spent time with medicine people in the Amazon, lived and trained alongside a High Priestess in Bali, worked with traditional herbalists in Laos, and learned from healers in Russia and Hawaiian Kahunas.
These experiences did not replace my medical training—they enriched it. They taught me how culture, belief systems, and nervous system regulation shape health and recovery.
My work continues to evolve as I remain a student of both medicine and life. I am committed to providing care that is clinically sound, compassionate, and deeply respectful of each patient’s individual journey.
I see my role not as fixing, but as guiding—supporting the body’s natural intelligence and helping patients move forward with clarity, confidence, and agency in their health.
